20g ICONFIT with reduced fat CHIA powder
15g ICONFIT chocolate flavored protein powder
12g Peanut Butter (If you want a less fat pudding, use Peanut Butter Powder)
50g of mature banana
10g dark chocolate (fused)
150g almond milk
