You'll need (quantities per one):

20g ICONFIT with reduced fat CHIA powder
15g ICONFIT chocolate flavored protein powder
12g Peanut Butter (If you want a less fat pudding, use Peanut Butter Powder)
50g of mature banana
10g dark chocolate (fused)
150g almond milk
Pinched salt

Put all the ingredients in a blender and work smooth. If there is no blender then the work can be done with a seamer. Pour a glass jar or, for example, a trophy, and let it stand for a little in the refrigerator. Serve it with fresh strawberries, but if you want an extra sweet intermediate, why not decorate with caramelized bananas or dip after a chocolate sauce.
